Vlad is a member of the Corporate and Commercial Department that joined the team in 2023, providing legal consultancy and assistance tailored for a variety of clients.

He contributes to ensuring our clients with the best possible legal services in the fields of commercial and corporate law, labour law or real estate & construction. He assists our clients in preparing the corresponding documentation and submitting it before the competent Romanian authorities.
