Ștefan Dudaș

Stefan is an associate at Derains & Gharavi specialised in international arbitration. His areas of practice include the construction, energy and foreign investments sectors. He has more particularly dealt with disputes related to the construction and maintenance of transport infrastructure, FIDIC construction, plant engineering industries, real estate and gas pricing. He has acted as counsel and as administrative secretary in arbitral proceedings under the rules of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), the German Institution for Arbitration (DIS) and UNCITRAL.

Stefan holds a Master of Laws from the Stockholm University, an LL.B from the Bucharest University and is currently a Ph. D. candidate in international arbitration at the University of Vienna. He has authored numerous articles and is a frequent lecturer in international arbitration. Stefan is admitted to the Bucharest Bar and registered with the Paris Bar (Directive 98/5/EC).
