Sorin Petre

Sorin Petre is Partner in the Valuation and Strategy Practice of PwC Romania.

Having more than 19 years of advisory experience, Sorin is specialized in financial analysis services, corporate valuations, assets and financial instruments valuations, financial and economic feasibility studies, financial modeling and business plans assistance. He leads the Valuation & Economics team, within Advisory.

Sorin is a Polytechnical University of Bucharest graduate, with a diploma in Electrotechnical engineering, and is a CFA chartholder (Financial Analyst) and FCCA (IFRS Authorized Accountant). He is also member in the Romanian Auditors Chamber and in the Romanian Association of Certified Valuators (ANEVAR), a member of RICS (“Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors”) and is a “Recognised European Valuer – REV”  by TEGoVA (“The European Group of Valuers’ Associations”).
