Retired four-star general, intelligence officer, over 30 yrs of experience in the field. Climbed all steps of military and professional hierarchy from lieutenant to four-star general, from desk officer to First Deputy Director of the Romanian Foreign Intelligence Service ( from 2005 to 2018, out of which four years as Acting Director of the Service ). At present founder and general manager of Exintell Consult, firm that provides mainly consultancy on security and intelligence assessments, leadership training.
