Background
She graduated Magna cum laudae the Bucharest University – Law Faculty (2004), as well as the Master courses in Business Law with the Nicolae Titulescu University in Bucharest (2005).
Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Ruxandra acted as legal adviser of one of the leading telecommunication companies in Romania (2010-2013) and as senior associate with RTPR Allen&Overy (Romania) (2005-2010).
Skills and professional experience
Her extensive practice of more than 10 years includes advising domestic and foreign clients in a broad spectrum of practice areas such as corporate and commercial law, labour law, mergers and acquisitions, consumer protection law and industrial and intellectual property law.
She has coordinated complex mergers and acquisitions transactions and assisted sophisticated clients in various projects developed in industry fields such as telecommunications, advertising, construction materials. She is focused on providing sound legal advice tailored to the clients’ business needs.
Ruxandra speaks English and Romanian and has a working knowledge of French.
