Roxana is part of the Corporate and M&A team. She has been involved in restructuring projects, due diligence investigations, general advisory work related to a wide range of business matters, and also in complex projects regarding Capital Markets issues. Highlights in her activity include:
– assisting a Greek corporation, active in the heavy industries sector since 1908, in the cross-border merger between a Romanian joint stock company and a Greece-based affiliate;
– assisting a Romanian leading telecommunication company in relation to a complex refinancing, through the issuance of bonds; the project involved, inter alia, extensive due diligence in a highly regulated field and assistance with reviewing the prospectus;
– assisting an international bank regarding the issuance of bonds on the Regulated Spot Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange;
– assisting a client, a Romanian businessman, active mainly in the fields of metallurgy constructions, energy and trade, with respect to a complex structure for the separation of several business lines and management between the client and his major business partner.
