Raluca’s main practice areas are banking & finance and commercial. Her area of expertise includes complex projects such as the authorization of banks and financial/payment institutions, insurance and pension funds regulatory advice, restructuring and transfer of business projects. In addition, Raluca has provided legal advice to the clients in projects related to data protection, consumer protection, intellectual property, media & telecom and competition.

Highlights in her activity include:
– assisting financial institutions in the entire range of financing transactions, trade finance, supply chain finance, cash management, cards, special guarantee funds;
– assisting a media group on legal aspects related to content development and production, program acquisitions and development, acquisition of international formats, distribution deals, content licensing agreements, advertising deals, trademarks, copyright aspects;
– assisting various clients in respect to their compliance with the specific regulatory requirements in the consumer protection sector, including holding training sessions.
