Admitted to the Bar in 1998, Radu is the Managing Partner of ONV LAW. He is involved in public procurement projects and the PPP practice of the firm and assists in foreign investment matters.
Radu Nemes has extensive experience in negotiating contracts and closing complex transactions in areas such as real estate and communications and he’s specialized in Public Procurement and public tenders.
Radu is a member of the Contract Law and Arbitration Commissions of the International Union of Lawyers and acts as a member of the Management Committee of the American Bar Association.
