I am a Romanian law qualified lawyer with over 7 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, M&A, employment law, regulatory, public procurement, and real estate matters covering a wide range of industry sectors including energy, banking and finance, industrial manufacturing, consumer protection and data privacy.

I concentrate my practice in mergers & acquisitions, having assisted clients in transactions, mainly in relation with legal due diligence exercise and pre deal negotiations.

I have assisted Romanian and international investors in connection with the acquisition, construction, and development of energy projects, including renewable energy sourced facilities, as well as with various EPC contracts. Also, I was involved in several projects from the financial services sector, advising in the day-to -day activity on regulatory aspects and have a strong background of expertise in civil law and contracts related matters.

I started my carrier in 2015 with local law office Gusu & Associates (CG Partners), where I was heavily involved in representing an important bank from Romania in enforcement procedures and related litigation, and where I activated for almost 4 years, particularly as a corporate and commercial lawyer.
