
Peggy Suica-Neagu is NNDKP Partner. She is part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution department.
Peggy’s remarkable experience spans over sixteen years of collaboration with reputed law firms and the largest oil company in Romania.
A highly acknowledged litigator, Peggy represents clients in disputes related to civil law, such as: contractual liability, real estate, issues governing the civil part of criminal cases, bankruptcy proceedings, administrative disputes in relation to competition law, employment law, public procurement and fiscal matters. She also specializes in internal and international arbitrations. Moreover, she represented clients in disputes resolved before the European Court of Human Rights.
Peggy provides assistance and representation to local and multinational companies in industries such as: energy, pharmaceutical products, financial services, IT & telecom, constructions, retail, FMCG and automotive.
The legal side of Peggy’s impressive career is complemented by her economical background, substantiated through specialized studies, as well as her activity as a scientific researcher in economics, which contributes to her profound understanding of each industry area. A graduate of the University of Bucharest Law School and of the Economic Planning and Cybernetics Faculty of the Academy of Economic Studies, Peggy has had a fruitful previous collaboration with our team (between 1998 and 2005).
