Paul Manaila

Paul is part of the Litigation team that assists Suciu Popa clients in a variety of disputes and investigation proceedings in the energy, environment, automotive and pharma sectors. He also joins the Corporate & Commercial and TMT practice of the firm in mandates pertaining to shareholders disputes, mergers and divestures, joint ventures, as well as in matters related to national and EU regulations applicable in the IT, media and technology sectors.
