Ms. Nela Petrișor is a recognized practitioner, having a professional experience of more than 27 years. During her judicial career, Ms. Petrișor gathered extensive trial experience as judge in courts of all levels including with the High Court of Cassation and Justice for 12 years. In addition, she has been a member of the leading Board of the High Court of Cassation and Justice for more than three years and she also held the position of President of the Bucharest Court of Appeal – Commercial Division between 2001 – 2006. Ms. Petrișor has also been a teacher of constitutional and administrative law at Titu Maiorescu University, the Faculty of Law. Her expertise covers the fields of civil law, corporate & commercial law and civil procedure.
Ms. Petrișor holds a PhD in economy granted by the Romanian Academy – National Institute for Economic Research in 2012.
