Mihai Băeșu

Mihai specializes in public procurement law with a special view on the financing mechanisms of public contracts. In addition to his know-how in these fields, Mihai is also praised by clients for consultancy, assistance and representation in arbitration and litigation for domestic and international clients active in construction fields such as: civil works, roads infrastructure, solar/ wind plant and equipment.

Mihai is a graduate of the University of Bucharest Law School and also has a Master Degree in Public Procurement obtained from the same institution. His practical experience is doubled by a solid academic background, including a Ph.D. in administrative law candidacy at the University of Bucharest and Teaching Assistant role coordinating seminars on Public Finance Law, Tax Law and Administrative Law. Mihai was also a member of the Romanian Administrative Procedure Code drafting team.
