Mihaela Crăciunescu is a partner in Firon Bar-Nir with extensive experience in joint ventures, private company acquisitions and development of real property.
Over the last 12 years, Mihaela has advised a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients on all aspects of real estate law including flat land subdivisions, multi residential developments, commercial office buildings and shopping centers. Mihaela specializes in drafting and negotiating various property development agreements including joint venture agreements, master sales agreements, urbanism /construction, development/ project management agreements, agency agreements, sale and purchase contracts.
Mihaela provides comprehensive legal advice also in various high profiles and cross border transactions in the Banking and Finance sector. She has considerable in-depth knowledge in banking and finance law and has lead numerous transactions relating to corporate finance, project finance and property finance. Mihaela successfully represented corporate borrowers in negotiations of syndicated arrangements.
Mihaela has wide-spread experience in Corporate and Commercial matters, advising international corporations in several large-scale Mergers and Acquisitions projects, assisting clients during the negotiation of transaction instruments, completion and post-completion phases as well as on general commercial contracts, corporate and private leases during the operation of the activity. Mihaela advises real estate and commercial clients through the financial and regulatory challenges of their businesses providing strategic as well as legal advice.
Mihaela has developed a specialty in gaming law assisting gaming operators in authorization, licensing and compliance matters. She also advises on audio visual regulatory matters, privacy and personal data protection.
