Marinela is a fully fledged lawyer with over 20 years of legal experience, standing at the forefront of major transformations in the legal profession in Romania. A key contributor since the early stages of the legal practice’s digitalization, Marinela was part of the founding teams of both juridice.ro and codulmuncii.ro, two leading platforms that have significantly shaped and enhanced the legal landscape in Romania.

With extensive experience in managing and coordinating complex business matters, Marinela combines strategic insight with meticulous attention to detail. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, from high-stakes dispute resolution to sophisticated M&A deals, as well as the drafting, negotiation, and review of complex commercial contracts that underpin major business operations.

Constantly seeking innovative ways to bring excellence to the ever-evolving business environment, Marinela has also embraced the start-up ecosystem. She has been actively involved in designing and implementing investment rounds, as well as developing incentive plans for both investors and employees.
