Marian-Adrian Bădescu has joined our team in October 2013 with the purpose to improve his knowledge in the area of banking, intellectual property and commercial law.
As trainee, he was involved in representing clients in civil, commercial and litigations
Projects in which Marian-Adrian Bădescu was involved:
– assisting and representing one of the most important actors in banking area in litigations concerning credit recovery and insolvency;
– assisting one of the most important manufacturers of food products in Romania and Eastern Europe in trademark and comunity design related cases.
