Maria has an experience of 6 years in the legal field mainly gained in a top tier law firm. Her main area of practice is data protection, being recognized as a professional in this field by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, where she passed the CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe) examination.

During her activity, she managed complex mandates also in other areas of practice, including Employment law, IT&C, Audiovisual, and Consumers’ protection, Public Procurement / PPP and Mergers & Acquisitions, providing legal assistance to a significant number of national and international companies. The mandates she handled mainly involved contractual and regulatory aspects, as well as ensuring compliance with the Romanian legislation of various international projects.
