Luminita DANILA has a law degree from the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law and is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and the Paris-based International Association of Lawyers.
She began her professional activity as a judge, holding this office for 14 years, earning along this period of time a wide experience which enables her professional approach to the position of barrister.

During the years 1987-1992 she has been in charge of supervising the activity of the teams of judges she took part in, fulfilling also the position of vice-president and then president of the Ordinary Court of Law, subordinating over 40 persons so that she has now the ability to ensure coordination of the activity provided by the barristers, solicitors and advisers of the Law Firm.

As a lawyer, her experience of over 15 years in this field includes giving legal advice to the Clients originally as a barrister in civil and commercial law cases, subsequently extending her professional activity to the corporate law counsel.

Luminita DANILA specializes in: banking and international trade law, administrative law, domestic and cross-border leasing, fiscal law, real estate investments including greenfield projects and labour law.

In her capacity of Romanian representative, Luminita DANILA attended, alongside the National Authority for Consumer Protection, the works held in Brussels by the Commission in charge with the revision of the European Community legislation in terms of consumer protection and the harmonization of the national legislation in respect thereof.
In 2004 she graduated from the English Contract Law Course Oxford.

Her long activity as a lawyer confers the right to plead in front of all Law Courts as well as in front of the International Commercial Arbitration Court.
