Luciana Tache

Luciana Tache is a Counsel with Wolf Theiss and a member of the Corporate/M&A team. She specialises in corporate, commercial and M&A as well as life sciences. Luciana advises clients in several industries on M&A transactions, corporate law matters, intragroup restructurings such as mergers and transfer of business, as well as with regard to day to day assistance on commercial aspects. She is often involved in life science projects, assisting clients with navigating the Romanian regulatory requirements as well as with setting up their business in Romania.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and has an LL.M. in Business Law from the same university. Luciana also graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies – Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange Faculty and has a master’s degree in International Business Communication from the Faculty of International Business and Economics.
