Lorena has studied at the University of Bucharest and holds a bachelor degree in law and one in business administration. During her professional activity, Lorena has been advising clients in cases regarding alleged anticompetitive bid rigging practices, as well as vertical agreements concerning resale price maintenance practices and has been providing day-to-day competition advice to clients in the pharmaceutical, agribusiness and retail sectors.
