Linda is a fully fledged lawyer with over 14 years of practice, combining extensive legal expertise with a strong business and technology focus. Having worked in two Big Four environments and been involved in a significant number of international projects, she has developed a solid reputation for delivering clear, strategic, and cross-border legal advice in complex business contexts.

Her main areas of specialization include intellectual property, M&A, and technology law, where she advises both private and public sector clients.

Linda has assisted international corporations and local businesses in managing and protecting their intellectual property portfolios, structuring technology transactions, and navigating regulatory challenges related to innovation and data. Her pragmatic and forward-thinking approach reflects a deep understanding of how law, technology, and business intersect in today’s evolving global economy.

In the M&A field, she has played a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams during all phases of transactions, from due diligence and negotiation to implementation and post-acquisition compliance, often involving multi-jurisdictional elements and EU law. Her work also extends to drafting and negotiating international commercial agreements, including technology licensing, distribution, and export contracts.
