Practice focus
Lidia’s main practice areas are real estate, commercial matters, M & A, employment. Lidia has a hands-on approach and has been involved and coordinated major real-estate projects, including legal transactions of sale or acquisition of properties, lease of office buildings, logistic parks and commercial centers.

Also, Lidia was involved in complex labor law projects such as restructuring of major companies, collective bargaining, management agreements, collective redundancies, employees’ retention strategies.

Lidia’s practice also covers assistance on general commercial matters.
