Justin Anghel is a Partner with extensive experience in litigation and commercial disputes, with a particular focus on the energy sector. He has advised and represented clients in complex, high stakes matters, often involving intricate regulatory and contractual frameworks. Over the course of more than 10 years at one of Romania’s leading law firms, Justin has built a strong track record in handling sophisticated disputes, combining solid procedural expertise with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach. In addition to his dispute resolution practice, Justin is actively involved in corporate and shareholder matters, advising on governance structures, shareholder relations, and contentious corporate situations. His dual exposure to both litigation and advisory work allows him to approach mandates with a well-rounded perspective, anticipating risks and identifying strategic solutions early on. Alongside his legal practice, Justin is actively involved in academia. He is a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, where he teaches civil procedure, and at the Franco-Romanian College of European Studies (Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne), where he teaches French corporate law (droit des sociétés). Justin is also the Founder and President of the “Cred in Romania” association, a civic initiative focused on promoting trust, community engagement, and positive societal impact.
