Highlights of her activity include assisting:

– a leading Romanian credit institution, in the prospective acquisition of two private pension funds and their fund administration business;
– a leading European supplier of storage solutions in the acquisition of a Romanian engineering services suppliers;
– a Romanian agricultural logistics services provider in various corporate matters, as well as in the process of separation a part of its business via spin-off;
– a company activating in the energy industry and renewable energy sector on matters related to the expansion of their business within Romania.
