Before joining UEFA in 1995, Iris worked at the German Consulate General in Lyon and the German Permanent Representation to the United Nations in Geneva.

Expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility, community management and social media. Led the UEFA Women’s EURO 2013 and 2017 health campaign project and volunteered as a Sustainability Manager at EURO 2016.

Her interests include social change, multicultural environments, social media, communications and public relations.
