Irina Ivanciu has extensive experience in real estate development and acquisition, as well as corporate & commercial matters, advising some of the largest French companies in relation to the expansion of their network in Romania. She is also involved in specific M&A work.

Education
Irina Ivanciu completed a double education in Romanian and European law, at the University of Bucharest (Degree in Law) and at Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain d’Etudes Européennes (Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne). She is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
