Ionut specializes in the dispute resolution field, with a primary focus on providing legal representation in complex intellectual property disputes.

His extensive expertise in intellectual property litigation has enabled him to successfully assist a diverse range of clients, across industries such as pharmaceuticals, tobacco, automotive and oil, in patent cancellation and patent enforcement proceedings.

In addition, Ionuţ has provided comprehensive legal assistance in trademark matters before the EUIPO, the European Court of Justice and the Romanian courts. Since 2021, Ionut also participates as a National Expert (Romania) in the project: Collection of National Key Enforcement Judgments related to Intellectual Property Rights, commissioned by the European Union Intellectual Property Office.

Beyond intellectual property, Ionuţ’s expertise extends to contract law and civil liability disputes. His understanding of contract law problems is bolstered by his academic credentials, including a PhD in Contract Law. Moreover, Ionuț is an Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, coordinating seminars of Contract Law and Inheritance Law.
