With more than 13 years of background in real estate transactions, Ioana has advised leading international developers and operators in office, retail, infrastructure, residential, industrial, logistics as well as energy projects. Ioana has also gained extensive experience on corporate governance during a two year in-house counsel position with a major UK based investment fund. Highlights in her activity include assisting:

– a leading international project development and construction company in relation to the development and partial exit from its first office project in Romania with approximately 52,000 sq. m leasable area;

– an international Israeli based development company in relation to the acquisition of two office buildings located in the central part of Bucharest, with an aggregate GLA of approximately 15,000 sq. m.;

– a leading Romanian investment group in relation to operational aspects of opening its first shopping mall in Bucharest in 2016;

– the largest Romanian real estate investor in relation to the leasing of two office projects in the Northern and Western part of Bucharest, with an aggregate GLA of 175,000 sq. m.
