Ioana is a Romanian qualified attorney and a full member of Bucharest Bar Association. She graduated from Titu Maiorescu University – Faculty of Law and from Université Paris-Est Créteil, France. She also holds a Master Degree in European Law. Over the last 14 years, Ioana was involved in various corporate and commercial related matters, which included counseling significant commercial entities in their daily activity. Her skills also include the drafting and negotiation of a wide variety of commercial agreements (e.g. all types of sale-purchase agreements, lease and sublease agreements, services and distribution agreements, etc.). Her practice extends to providing assistance and representation in causes related to Contractual Liability, Real Estate litigation and General Administrative Disputes.
