M&A: took part in M&A projects assisting on seller’s or buyer’s side clients during all stages of local and cross-border JV and share deal transactions, from the initiation of the negotiations, through the due diligence phase, signing, fulfilment of conditions precedents, closing and post closing monitorization of obligations;

Corporate: assisted clients in relation to various corporate changes and on all material aspects of day-to-day corporate related operations.

Commercial: assisted various clients in relation to drafting and reviewing commercial agreements as well as by providing legal opinions and memoranda on aspects related to commercial law in various manufacturing, retail and services industries.

Energy, Oil and Gas: providing numerous opinions on the legal framework and regulatory matters applicable in the energy, oil and gas field, representing clients in front of ANRE and ANRM, drafting and reviewing industry agreements.
