Ilinca Dănescu

Ilinca’s practice focuses on employment and criminal law.

In the labour law field, Ilinca represents both employers and employees, her expertise including assisting companies with redundancies, managing conflicts between employers, workers and trade unions, conducting disciplinary hearings, maintaining the clients relationship with the Territorial Labour Inspectorate.

Ilinca has graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest in 2018 and is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2018.

She holds and LL.B. (2016) from Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne University.

Highlights of Ilinca’s activity include:
– representing the regional provider of public transport in one of Romania’s counties in a series of labour litigations and administrative procedures initiated by the trade union, including an investigation conducted by the National Council for Combating Discrimination;
– assisting a top management employee in a claim against one of the largest employers on the local market;
– representing a hotel chain in a case against the Territorial Labour Inspectorate, concerning undeclared work charges.
