With over 16 years of legal practice, Ileana gained a significant experience in Employment, Corporate, Commercial/Civil and Real Estate fields. Her professional activity started in 2003 within a Romanian top tier law firm where she held the position of partner for almost 5 years.

Ileana provides advice on all aspects of Employment law including individual and collective employment agreements, transfer of business under TUPE regulations, occupational health and safety issues, individual and collective dismissals, disciplinary issues, workplace investigations, discrimination or harassment claims.
