Georgiana is a Managing Associate with ASP Advisors and is mainly focused on civil, commercial, administrative and real estate matters. She is also experienced in both employment litigation and compliance advice.

Member of the Bucharest Bar since 2015, Georgiana assisted high profile actors from industries such as retail, real estate, finance, health, agriculture in various disputes in front of the Romanian courts of law.

Georgiana holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Bucharest and a Master 2 Degree in Arbitration and International Commercial Law from the University Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne.
