Georgiana Enache

Georgiana is Counsel and Head of the Litigation Department at KPMG Legal Romania.

Georgiana has 10 years of experience in a wide range of litigation, with her areas of expertise including commercial law, corporate disputes, shareholder disputes, administrative and tax procedures, insolvency and restructuring, contractual disputes, enforcement of foreign judgments, and last but not least, labor law disputes.

Throughout her career, Georgiana acquired significant experience in advocating for multinational corporations, financial institutions, and both public and private capital companies in proceedings before all levels of courts throughout the country.
