Elisabeta gained strong expertise as legal advisor for several groups of companies, as well as being an attorney with some reputable Bucharest law firms, being valued by clients for her practical solutions adapted to their businesses, as well as for her cohesive approach and responsive demeanour.

Elisabeta was directly involved and an integral part of several major projects for significant and demanding local and multinational clients, providing multidisciplinary integrated solutions and complex structures from a legal, fiscal and financial standpoint. She has also worked in mixed teams of lawyers and business consultants in Romania and abroad.

Elisabeta provided consultancy and coordinated complex corporate and M&A projects, overseeing the teams of lawyers offering legal support in ample legal due-diligence processes, acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs and dissolutions.

Furthermore, Elisabeta has been involved as lead attorney in multiple complex real estate transactions and in the last years in certain projects involving competition knowledge.

Elisabeta also possesses expertise in the area of labour law, pursuant to granting legal assistance in transfers of undertakings, negotiations with unions, conclusion of collective bargaining agreements, collective and individual lay-offs.
