Elena Munteanu is a member of Litigation and Arbitration Department as well as of the Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Restructuring Department. She has 9 years of experience as a insolvency, civil and commercial litigator. Her expertise consists primarily in insolvency, enforcement recovery and commercial law. She has also expertise in property law litigation.

Before she joined the team, Elena has provided legal assistance to a Central European investment group active in various industries, trade and financial services in connection to performing and non-performing loans, mortgage loans execution, unfair terms in contracts.

Elena is specialized in managing all legal aspects of Bankruptcy and Insolvency procedures. She advises both creditors and debtors on their rights in insolvency, providing strategic and legal advice in relation to the management of business during insolvency and assists in the liquidation of assets, reporting and representation of clients in the insolvency tribunals.
