Elena Mihaela Șolcă is a final-year law student at the University of Bucharest and a graduate of the Franco-Romanian Legal College of European Studies (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne). Recently admitted to the Master 1 programme in Droit européen et international des affaires at Sorbonne, she focuses her studies on the intersection of international, European, and business law.
In parallel, she is pursuing a Diploma in Commercial Law at the British Law Centre, studying company law within the common law framework, and has been honoured with Distinction for her work in the Diploma in English Law and Legal Skills (DELLS), awarded by the University of Cambridge and the University of Warsaw.
She has participated in international competitions such as the Sports Arbitration Moot and various Model United Nations conferences abroad, cultivating strong advocacy, research, and negotiation skills.
Elena has completed legal internships within a Big Four legal practice and distinguished boutique law firms, where she contributed to complex corporate and white-collar cases.
