Background
Dragoș advises on M&A, privatization, private equity and real estate matters. He has joined EY in January 2013 and is based in the Bucharest office.

Dragoș graduated from the Iasi Law University. He was a founding partner of Radu Tărăcilă Pădurari Retevoescu, the Romanian law firm associated with Allen & Overy in Romania (between 2004 and 2011). Dragoș was also the Head of the Real Estate practice of Linklaters (Bucharest) between 1999 and 2001.

Dragoș has 20 years of experience acting as a commercial lawyer in the finest international legal environment.

Ranked repeatedly by the most reputed legal directories (Chambers and Partners, Legal 500) since 2000, Dragoș has taken a lead role in some of the largest transactions in Romania over the past two decades, such as the privatization of leading Romanian companies, acquisitions, investments and exits on behalf of major private equity funds, as well as large-scale real estate deals.

Dragoș is a native Romanian speaker and is fluent in English.
