Diana Stan

Diana is Senior Associate with Reff & Associates and has been part of the legal team for the last 5 years. She serves clients primarily in Real Estate and M&A practices.

With more than 7 years of professional experience, Diana provides assistance to clients in a wide range of real estate projects – property acquisitions (both share and asset deals), real estate development projects, urbanism and permitting matters, construction contracts (including FIDIC oriented), establishment of superficies and easement rights, arrangements of co-ownership and neighboring rights, lease of retail and office space, etc..

Diana is also skilled in drafting due diligence reports and title check procedures in various projects (factories, logistic / industrial facilities, hypermarkets and commercial galleries, hotels, agricultural lands), both sellers and buyers oriented.

Diana holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from Bucharest University and she is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2012.
