Diana Popa

With experience in complex legal matters, Diana Popa is a senior litigator, specializing in a variety of fields including labour, family, aviation, insolvency, and administrative litigation. Before joining Domokos Partners, Diana handled a series of landmark cases, showcasing her versatile expertise. She has tackled challenging issues in consumer rights, medical malpractice, insolvency, and enforcement procedures—successfully representing both Romanian and foreign clients. Her ability to navigate complex legal matters has earned her solid experience in delivering favorable outcomes in front of courts and authorities.

Diana’s academic background further reinforces her professional standing. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law (2008) and a Master’s in EU Law (2009) from the University of Timisoara Law School. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2018. She is fluent in Romanian, English, and Italian.
