Diana Fejer

Diana is Senior Managing Associate with Reff & Associates and serves clients primarily in the M&A, Corporate and Commercial Law practices.

Having more than 14 years of experience as a lawyer, she coordinates M&A projects assisting both sell side and buy side clients during the due diligence phase, structuring the transaction and acquisition process. She also assisted clients during business and corporate reorganization and restructuring processes by helping them in assessing all implications, designing the process and implementing it both from procedural and operational perspective.

Diana provides ongoing advice to clients on commercial and corporate law aspects, including drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, implementation of regular corporate operations, designing and implementing corporate governance rules, drafting legal opinions and memoranda on aspects related to commercial and corporate law.
