Diana Crângaşu founded 360Competition in 2021. In the last 15 years of experience Diana advised clients in prominent cases of investigations of the European Commission (including in relation to the first dawn raids performed in Romania) and of the Romanian Competition Council and in domestic and international deals, advising clients on transactional issues, due diligence findings and multi-jurisdictional merger clearances. Diana worked in both Romania and France and she has a wide range of experience in dealing with the European Commission, the Romanian Competition Council, other EU and non-EU competition authorities in merger clearances, antitrust and state-aid cases.

Diana advises numerous clients regarding alleged cartels or abuses of dominant position, horizontal and vertical agreements and competition litigation in sectors like financial and banking, insurance, pharma, energy, telecom, consumer goods and retail, transportation, automotive, media, agriculture or construction.

Her expertise covers M&A deals, obtaining timely clearances of the transactions in Romania but also coordinating multi-jurisdictional filings in foreign jurisdictions such as France, Germany, Turkey, Ukraine or Serbia.

For her clients, Diana develops competition compliance programs, providing tailored trainings, e-discovery, audits, mock dawn raids and compliance manuals.

Diana continues to supervise the competition practice of Clifford Chance Bucharest, overseeing its local competition team, as well as working closely with the antitrust teams of other Clifford Chance offices.
