Diana is Partner with the Financial Services Group & Indirect Tax of PwC Romania.

She is a former employee of the Ministry of Finance, where she was involved in advising Romanian companies and in drafting VAT legislation.

She has 19 years of experience in taxation issues out of which the last 15 years in PwC. Diana has significant experience in providing tax advice for the financial, retail and energy sectors, and in implementing optimisation solutions. She has been extensively involved in infringement procedures and ECJs, out of which three in the financial services legislation.

Diana has a wide experience in advising clients on domestic and EU VAT legislation, as well as on the interpretations adopted by local Tax Authorities. Given her solid expertise, she has a large client portfolio in banking and insurance sector.
