Daniela has more than 17 years of professional experience in the legal area, assisting clients from various industries both before the Romanian courts, as well as before the international courts of arbitration. Daniela has developed substantial experience in administrative and fiscal litigation, arbitration proceedings, disputes related to construction agreements, civil and commercial litigation, public procurement disputes, labor litigation, as well as enforcement of judgments, corporate disputes and real estate and infrastructure disputes.

Representative Cases and Transactions
– corporate litigation cases on behalf of a local real estate developer in relation to the dissolution of the company requested by one of the shareholders
– public procurement litigation cases on behalf of a joint venture between two major infrastructure companies referring to a railway project of approximately 300 million EUR
– litigation on behalf of several major commercial banking institutions related to loan contracts involving consumer protection aspects and implementation of European directives on loan agreements
– corporate litigation cases on behalf of the largest investment fund traded on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in connection with the annulment of almost 100 shareholders decisions
– fiscal litigation cases on behalf of the largest American construction and civil engineering company in relation to  VAT receivables of approximately 1 million EUR
– civil litigation on behalf of a local public authority in a 165 million EUR litigation involving rights on Bordei Park
– recognition and enforcement of a 2 million EUR arbitral award on behalf of a Spanish stainless steel products manufacturer
– advice to a European property developer in a 500 million EUR public-private partnership with the Romanian State and Bucharest Municipality for the rehabilitation of a brown field area of approximately 100,000 sq.m. in central Bucharest
– FIDIC construction agreements by the largest American construction and civil engineering company and an Italian construction and civil engineering company for infrastructure projects
– advice to a major British investment fund in a 15 million EUR transaction for the acquisition of 50% in a residential project in Bucharest
