Experience
Since 1996 at present I have opened my individual law office. The law office I’m representing is focused especially on civil, criminal and commercial law. During several years, “Cabinet de avocatura Angelescu Daniela” that I’m representing also collaborated with two embassies (the Philippines Embassy, the Peru Embassy) and multinational companies (Arthur Andersen, Consulco Ltd).
Since 1991 at present I am a member with the Bar Association of Bucharest.

Education
1987-1991: student within the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law, Section “Law” (full time courses)
I defended the examination for the Degree of Master of Law in the Paper headed “The Romanian Currency System”.
I attended several seminars presented by the lawyers – members of the American Bar Association, within the CEELI Program (Central and East European Law Initiative) in collaboration with the American Cultural Center:
– Comparative Aspects of Secured Transactions Law
– Legal Aspects of Franchising
– Equipment Leasing Transactions
