Tax and Legal Services Leader PwC Romania | Head of Indirect Taxes PwC CEE

In my current role as Tax and Legal Services Leader of PwC Romania, I am coordinating a team of 250 tax consultants and lawyers, as well as overseeing the PwC Central and Eastern Europe indirect tax consulting services in 29 countries throughout the region. Moreover, I am member of the PwC Global Indirect Taxes Board, engaged in indirect tax policy matters within the PwC Global network.

As an expert in national and international tax matters, I am specialized in issues related to the management of Indirect Taxes, M&A, Individual taxes, International trade, Tax Litigation with an extensive experience in working with clients in a wide array of industries, such as Energy, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Retail, Pharma and the Public Sector.

I am also member in national business organisations such as: the Board of the Foreign Investors Council, the Chamber of Tax Consultants, founding member of “Pactul pentru Fiscalitate”, Taxation Steering Committee “Coalitia pentru Dezvoltarea Romaniei” working together with local authorities and business representatives to re-focus national policies in line with EU and OECD agenda.
