Dana Toma is a Counsel with Wolf Theiss Bucharest office and member of the Real Estate and Construction team. She specialises in real estate, mergers and acquisitions and commercial law and environment law. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Dana headed the Legal departments of two international real estate companies, being responsible for the acquisition, development and operation of real estate projects (office buildings, shopping centres and hotels), involved in all business aspects: permits, contractual negotiations, due diligence, land acquisitions, construction, infrastructure, fiscal matters, leasing, property management, VAT recovery, intellectual property, environment protection, GDPR, etc. and of the companies’ life in general. She offered also day – to – day legal advice in matters related to leases, supply agreements, construction issues and corporate matters for other clients.

In addition to her Romanian law degree, she holds both and LL.B and LL.M. from University of Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
