Cristina is a dispute resolution lawyer with over 15 years of experience in representing clients in a wide array of fields, such as civil and commercial law, restructuring and insolvency, real estate, insurance litigation, administrative law, family law, and labor law.

Throughout her career, Cristina has been involved in complex mandates, providing legal assistance and representation to multinationals and major local business entities, both before the courts of law and relevant public institutions and authorities.

Her practice also includes advising on aspects of legal due diligence, as well as projects relating to the negotiation and closing of various transactions between professionals.

The multidisciplinary structure and the solid professional background allow her to render the highest level of legal assistance in cases relating to the quasi-totality of the common law ooffensesor of the offences provided by special laws.

Represented both the accused and the victims of crimes in the investigation phase and in the trial phase, at all levels of jurisdiction and throughout Romania: the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA), the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT ), The Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice (PICCJ), the Military Prosecutor’s Offices, the Prosecutor’s Offices attached to the Courts of Appeal, the Courtsand Courts of the first degree, the Constitutional Court, the High Court of Cassation and Justice.
