Cristina Ion is an experienced business lawyer and a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2005. With a strong background in real estate, construction, corporate law, and commercial litigation, she has advised local and international clients on complex legal matters.
Her expertise includes due diligence for major real estate and renewable energy projects, negotiating and drafting construction contracts, lease and sale-purchase agreements, and providing legal assistance in regulatory, competition, and labor law. Cristina has represented clients in shareholder disputes, corporate transactions, and high-stakes litigation before Romanian courts and international arbitration panels.

Cristina collaborated with top-tier law firms and served as an in-house legal advisor for international construction and real estate companies. She holds a Law degree from West University of Timișoara and is pursuing Master’s degree in Conflict Management from Babeș-Bolyai University.
