Regarding his practice area, he has been involved in various projects, such as:
drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for one of the biggest clothes manufacturers in Romania;
advising one of the most important suppliers of tubes with regard to day by day legal aspects of its activity;
drafting corporate documents for companies acting in multiple activity sectors, and also representing them in front of the Trade Registry regarding corporate modifications;
representing the above mentioned companies in front of the national courts, related to commercial disputes and also in insolvency procedures.
successfully representing an Individual in a claim brought against him, deriving from his capacity as an administrator of a company.
